Don’t do these Fat Pad Reductions unless you have the basic Majoraplasty skills down pat.* It is hard to control pain. Fat has lots of nerves. You will need about 20cc of local per side. Probably more. * This can be bloody. * You may need to place multiple interrupted 4-0 Vicryl sutures to control the bleeding* Standard cautery and Bipolar RF work well to control bleeding* CO2 Lasers are not very effective in controlling the bleeding* Removing too much majora skin can cause a gaping appearance.
