Being constantly bombarded with information from countless apps and platforms can leave us feeling both informed and overwhelmed. And it’s not just about smartphones. We seem to be in a race to become more high-tech, more informed, and more connected — yet, at the same time, more disconnected. Why? Because along with new technology came a new kind of addiction.
