Lafayette Square

St. Louis is home to the oldest park west of the Mississippi....Lafayette Park, which was established in the 1800s. Eventually, a fancy neighborhood grew up around it. This week, Patricia Barber and her daughter Bethany Budde join Sue to talk about the history of Lafayette Square and its park. Pat is a past president of the Lafayette Square Association, and Bethany owns SqWires Restaurant in that neighborhood, and they have been part of the area since the 1980's.
