Lahinch Artist Michael Hanrahan Celebrates Walker Cup With New Paintings

Lahinch-based artist Michael Hanrahan is marking the upcoming Walker Cup at Lahinch Golf Club on September 5 and 6 with two new paintings inspired by the famous links.  Hanrahan has produced works depicting the 8th and 12th holes at Lahinch Links, capturing the character of the course ahead of the prestigious amateur golf event.   The artist is also looking forward to an exciting international opportunity, having been invited to Lexington, Kentucky, as the guest artist for the Breeders’ Cup in October.  Photo (c) Clare FM
