Lahinch Mother Calls For Better Water Quality Monitoring After Daughter Fell Ill

Lahinch’s water quality is once again under scrutiny, with local campaigners raising concerns about pollution following heavy rainfall and the delays involved in conventional water testing. One of those campaigning for better monitoring is Lexi Keating, whose young daughter became seriously ill with E. coli after swimming locally in 2018.
