Fish are feeding up ahead of the true fall turnover. Bite’s been a mixed bag, but the reports from this past week have been promising, especially if you’re targeting largemouth. Folks have boated several in the 3-5 pound range up toward Emma Long and Steiner Ranch, mostly early and late.
