Lake Sammamish: Witnesses Who Heard the Name Ted

The episode explores the July 1974 Lake Sammamish State Park incident that first linked a suspect named ‘Ted’ to a missing woman, examining eyewitness testimony, early forensic clues from Bundy’s vehicle and how those pieces fed into the broader Washington investigation. It looks at what investigators knew, what they could prove, and the limits of contemporary evidence in building a case against the eventual defendant. Learn more about your ad choices.
