Cool story, bro. What is most interesting, however, is the contents of the resolution used to support the condemnation. . › Planned Parenthood v. Stein continues to develop. The plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order is set to be heard tomorrow, March 28, 2023, in Greensboro, North Carolina. In monitoring court filings, Mike found a plaintiff submission indicating that the North Carolina legislature had met and voted just last week to approve certain amendments to the abortion law at issue, which portend to moot the overwhelming majority of the plaintiff's basis for relief. . › Finally, we do it.
