Here is a clip from tonight's podcast !!   Today we dove pretty deep into the patterns that we create in the physical world to cover up the insecurity under the surface .. Relationships with people, money, power, status or "things" can become the focus... They are either there to create a false validation in some way .. or to create a narrative that acts as a counterbalance of "evidence" .. or " proof " that you are worth something ...   I went at this game harddddd..... lol for a long time until I was able to wake up to the pattern and start to make some of the changes we talk about on this podcast as a platform ...
