Lambers Fisher on the importance of Black newspapers

Lambers Fisher, MS, LMFT, MDIV, is a marriage and family therapist who has counseled individuals, couples, and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds, in private practice and non-profit organizations, as well as ministry environments. Lambers Fisher also hosts the “Diversity Dude Podcast”. Lambers and Sheletta talk about the importance of Black newspapers and communication targeted at community experience and representation. Lambers and Sheletta talk about the distinction between mainstream news and the perspectives that often are left behind in favor of more salacious stories.
