Having facilitated a divorce support group in Salt Lake Valley for years, Lana Mayfield is an expert when it comes to the paralyzing isolation divorce generates.  Born in Wenatchee, Washington, Lana has also taught parenting classes and many other classes like Genealogy or family history research. She has lived in England and spent time in such countries as France and several in Asia.  She is a life coach to many single men and women where she advises them to give things time and advises them to learn to be happy alone before finding a future companion. Lana ‘s hope is that those dealing with divorce will feel comforted that they are not alone and there is hope in life as we take one day at a time.
