L&D KPI's - Cost & Operational Metrics

In a series of chapters, we will break down the subject of the success indicators of the organizational learning department. In this chapter, we will talk about cost indicators and operational indicators such as the total cost of training, the cost of training an employee, and additional operational indicators and we will explain how to calculate them. Cost and operational metrics are just one category in the learning department's measurement system and in the following chapters, we will deal with additional metrics such as efficiency, satisfaction, and business impact.
