Landing and Setting up Well with Jeff Simons

from Navigate with Tim Austin · host Tim Austin, PCC

There’s so much that goes into processing and planning major transitions. So many areas need our attention.  We can fall prey to blind spots if not careful. It can definitely feel overwhelming. But what would it look like to have a map and a compass for the journey? Guest Jeff Simons returns for a conversation with Tim to help equip us with a structure and strategy for landing and setting up well.About Jeff: Jeff Simons is a missiologist at core, with an MA in inter-cultural studies. He works out this passion and calling as a trained leadership coach, and a cross-cultural companion to global leaders in major transition. Jeff does this in partnership with his wife, Sara, the founder of The Way Between- an organization serving global leaders in major transition. They are a family on mission with their two kids, now residing in Denver, CO, after 12 years of overseas work in three countries. Jeff also hammers out his passion through the artistic spiritual disciplines of up-cycled wood working, clay sculpture, and literary wordsmithing. He’s a contemplative, naturalist, egalitarian and postmodern strategist for Kingdom influence.Resources:The Way Between, www.thewaybetween.orgEncompass Life Coaching, www.encompasslifecoaching.comSupport the showThanks for listening in!
