Wolfgang, Berlin På banegården: De vidste ikke, at de var på samme sted, samme dag. Wolfgang på 14 år var flygtet fra skolen i Polen da krigen rykkede nærmere, og hans far var som statsløs dansker på vej til fronten, tvangsudskrevet soldat til den tyske hær. De mødtes ikke den dag på banegården, eller nogensinde igen. Et nært forhold til Den Danske kirke i Berlin samt kærlighed til Doris og til musikken blev Wolfgangs bolværk gennem livet. I podcast-serien ”Langt væk, men ikke alene” tager du med ti mennesker ti forskellige steder hen i verden og hører deres skæbneberetninger. Beretningerne er lige så forskellige som menneskene, der fortæller dem – men har alle én ting til fælles – et tilknytningsforhold til en dansk kirke et sted i verden. Serien udgives i anledning af 100-året for etablering af Dansk Kirke i Udlandet, i dag Danske Sømands- og Udlandskirker, i samarbejde med forlaget Eksistensen.
