Lansing’s Pride Festival is in full swing this weekend—with major street closures and parking restrictions to keep things safe and smooth. Starting Friday at 6 PM, Turner Street between Beaver and Clinton, plus parts of James Street and Dodge River Drive, will be blocked, with detours in place. Saturday noon brings even bigger closures: César E. Chávez Ave from Washington to Center, Turner Street from Clinton to César E. Chávez, and Clinton Street between Turner and Center. Parking is restricted Saturday 7 AM to midnight on Turner, César E. Chávez, and Clinton. The main stretch of César E. Chávez stays closed until 2 AM Sunday.
