老外来了：2023第一天，要问自己7个问题！清晰高效一整年！

主播：梅莉 | 翩翩歌曲 ：What Makes You Beautiful（开头）Show Me [by Audrey Assad]（结尾）Happy New Year! 今天是2023年第一天，凡事预则立，不预则废，let’s plan for 2023！给新年set some goals（定目标），是为了让自己用a clear mind（清晰的思路）以及positive intentions（积极的意图）来开启新的一年。尽管，可能有之前设定的目标are still not achieved yet（没有实现），没关系，请相信，在2023年there will be many changes（会有很多变化），以及new adventures（新的奇遇） to come。2023 will be a good one!这期节目是我们新年计划系列的第二部分，建议大家先听上一期2022年反思总结，然后再做2023年计划。我们总结了8个提示问题（prompts），来帮助大家更好地设定新年目标。Prompt #1 : What is your theme for 2023?你的2023年是什么主题？这个theme具体指：l  the energy you want your year to represent 你的精力放在什么地方l  you want to have in your year 新的一年你想拥有的东西具体一点，比如说：l  to be bold and courageous大胆一点，勇敢一点l  to go slower and heal 节奏慢一点，治愈自我Prompt #2 How can I embody my theme this year?我怎样实现我今年的主题？有了theme后，重要的是to have a plan on how you are going to achieve them （要有一个实现它们的计划）。要brainstorm（头脑风暴）一下：l  How you are going to start living this theme？怎么样才能开始把这个主题活出来？l  What changes you need to make to add this theme in your life？要做哪些改变？总之，you need to make some real changes（真正去做出一些改变），才能把你的新年主题加入到你实际的生活中。Prompt #3 How do I want to evolve in 2023?2023年我想成为什么样的人？Evolve这个词，native-speakers很常用，evolvemeans to grow and change，这个词指的是演变、进化、发展。这个可以从这2个方面来着手：l  habits习惯l  your personality言行，或者说性格这个问题可以帮助你在个人成长方面set the intentions（新年立志）。Prompt #4：What do you want to release in 2023?哪些是你想要断舍离到2022年，不带入2023年的？release指的是释放。你要release的，可以有：l  bad habits 坏习惯l  bad emotions 不好的情绪l  bad mindset 错误的思维l  bad certain relationships 一些不太积极的人际关系释放的重要程度不亚于增加。认真盘算一下，你需要释放掉哪些戕害自己的人或事。具体点比如说，释放掉：l  comparing myself to others 跟别人比较l  caring about what other people think of me 太在意别人的看法l  eating so much junk food 吃垃圾食品何不好的东西，你都可以列下来，然后下定决心，release them。Release the bad things，然后好福气才会进得来。Prompt #5：What are your main goals in 2023?2023年最主要的目标是哪几个？认真梳理一下，what goals you want to set（2023年，你想要设定的目标）。一旦设置好，make sure to prioritize them（把这些目标放在首要位置）。所以，在列你的the list of priorities（优先事项清单）的时候，认真考虑：l  whether it is really something you want to do 你是否真的想做什么？l  is another goal maybe more important 另一个目标会更重要吗？而且，main goals也不要太多，3 to 5 goals就差不多。目标太多，you will be overwhelmed（会被压垮），而且you won’t be able to focus on all of them（没法集中精力）。少则得，多则惑，列重要的、有限的几个目标即可。除了列出目标优先级，还有很重要的一点，你还要write down why you want to achieve this goal next to it（在每个目标旁，要写出为什么定这几个作为你的年度主要目标）。而且，你的目标，都应该让你离dream life 更近一点。要好好写写 “why”，因为他们会keep you motivated（让自己充满动力）。Prompt #6 What area of my life do I want to focus on first this year?新的一年，我想集中精力于生活中的哪一个领域？The different areas of your life（生活中的不同领域）可以是：l  health 健康l  career 事业l  relationships 人际关系l  personal growth 个人成长l  travel 旅行……生活中有很多领域，你要集中你的精力于其中一个，to prioritize it（优先考虑它）。认真选一个，然后focus your energy on it（把自己的精力扑上去）。先搞定一个，if you feel like you have space to do a new one（后面有空间、有精力的话），you can add on another area（可以再加一个）。Prompt #7：How do I want to transform myself in this area?在这一领域我想如何转变?一旦确定下来自己要集中成长的领域，就要问问你自己：how you want this area of your life to look like one year from now（你希望一年后，在这一领域会变成什么样子）？你需要真的专注于你选择的领域，然后to evolve, to nurture and to transform(去成长，去滋养，去转变）。Prompt #8：What are some things I could start doing today that would guarantee an absolutely horrible year?有哪些事情，如果我从今天开始做，一定会让我这一年过得特别烂？比如说：l  staying up late 熬夜l  spending so much time on phone 刷手机时间过长把这些列出来之后，问自己：How can I avoid doing those things（如何避免做这些）?这8个提示问题问完之后，我们就可以break down our goals（拆解目标）,and plan them on a quarterly（按季度）, monthly（按月）, weekly（按周） and then daily basis（每日）。一段时间之后，你会发现：OH MY GOSH,SO MUCH HAS CHANGED!Start from now！从现在开始，好好计划一下你的2023。祝愿大家都能拥有丰盈充实的一年。欢迎大家留言告诉我们：What is your theme for 2023（你的2023年的主题是什么）？Happy New Year, everyone!
