LAPD Chief McDonell talks businesses being looted near street takeovers

The street takeovers continue throughout LA, but there is a new troubling trend: the looting of businesses near the takeovers. Also, Mayor Bass has called for an independent review of police killings of people in mental distress after a video was released showing a group of officers piling on top of a man and beating him before he died in a San Fernando Valley jail cell, and new crime stats show home burglaries are down throughout LA.
