Large Discrepancy in Housing Prices

There is a large discrepancy in housing prices and the gap is wide between new and existing homes. There are many reasons for it. We cite a recent example of a transaction we are involved in and how it really illustrates many factors into the price gap. There is a lot of work that can be done to bridge that gap and if everyone did their part it could get a lot closer. It would help solve the housing crisis on hand and help many first time buyers have more choices and opportunites.
