Last Call - Pure Project - Sonora By Morning BA Saison

This could be on of the more legendary Saisons we've ever had on the show. Pure Project brewed in colab with Roses By The Stairs. This beer saw it's first life last year as Riders of the Purple Sage. The brewers withheld a small amount of the beer before it got sage and put it in a barrel that had grape pressings from Oddish Wine. After all of that, Roses send some freshly harvested prickly pear to finish the beer off before bottle conditioning to this multi-layered deep and complex but incredibly drinkable Saison.
