LATE DELIVERY BASED ON BOOKING COLLECTION DATE?!

In this episode, we will talk about the news regarding late delivery of house are now based on the booking collection date instead of the Sales and Purchase document.   Yes, this may be fair to the purchaser but at the same time, will this case disrupt the practice of property transactions in the market? And after the abolishment of bookings, will the discounts and rebates be next?   My take is the developer should've just settled it in the individual level as the market practice. If the practice of booking collection is abolished, I'm just worried that the gap between rich and poor will only continue to widen.   Let me know what you guys think.
