Coinciding with their 10th anniversary at the Valley Inn, John and Jackie O'Connell invited us along to join in the celebrations and what a wonderful afternoon it was! John & Jackie reflected on their careers in hospitality and this past decade in Mullary, we caught a word with local & regular Peter Mulholland as well as General Manager Paul Conlon and Head Chef Ian Brennan. Wine expert dropped in with two gorgeous Rioja's from Northern Spain and Gerry paid a visit to his good friend the brilliant organic gardener Nicky Kyle. Hosted on Acast.
