Late Night Pep Talk: Permission to Dream

from Moms Working Overtime · host Alanna Hellman

Why do we, as moms, feel like we need permission to chase dreams outside of our motherhood roles? Mama, you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to. Cheesy? Maybe. But true. The reason we often think our dreams aren't possible is because they take longer to come to life than we expect. So we settle. And try to convince ourselves that we should just be happy with what we have, where we are. Every one of you that listens to this podcast craves something different. On this episode, I provide you with 5 action steps you can take to making those dreams a reality. I'll never promise you it's going to happen as an overnight success, and often it doesn't, but you can begin to stack one small win after another that slowly brings your vision to life.  You don't have to be anything that anyone tells you to be. And you don't have to be just a mom, either. But you do have to be a dreamer, and I'm giving you permission to dream BIG. Dream up the life that you know you AND your children deserve and then go make it happen. It might sound crazy, but I believe in you. Support the showLet's connect on social media!
