Late Night Pep Talk: Setting Boundaries

The holiday season is officially upon us with Halloween being this week! As much as some of us might love this season and know we should find the joy and excitement in it, there are also lots of reasons moms dread this season - finances, split families, loss of a loved one, over scheduled calendars, and battling with family members to figure out how to make it all work...all at once. We almost need a "let's take a second and remind ourselves what these holidays are really about" moment as moms.In this episode, I talk about setting boundaries and give you some reassurance as you head into the chaos of holiday #1 and plan ahead for what's to come. There's three big reassurances I share when it comes to setting boundaries.We, as moms, allow too many people, social media accounts, and societal expectations to pressure us into making decisions that don't feel right for our family. Why do we do this?
