President Javier Milei of Argentina celebrates the release of two Argentine citizens who were held hostage in Israel. A Dutch appeals court has ordered the government to block the delivery of parts for F-35 fighter aircraft to Israel due to concerns of international law violations in Gaza. The court sided with human rights groups and the Dutch government has seven days to comply with the order. The UAE ambassador to the UN emphasizes the need for progress towards a two-state solution before committing to the reconstruction of Gaza, while Arab countries work on a joint political vision for rehabilitating Gaza and establishing a Palestinian state.
