Latin American Connection Festival Returns | Montpelier News

Get ready to dance, eat, and celebrate Latin American culture at the return of the Latin American Connection Festival in Burlington on September 19th! Featuring vibrant music from Puerto Rico and Colombia, fiery samba parades, folkloric dancers from Costa Rica and Mexico, and mouthwatering food stalls — this community-driven event was born out of a desire to fill a cultural void. Organized by Maiz Vargas Sandoval, who moved to Burlington over a decade ago, it’s now in its second year despite funding challenges.
