Latino Outdoors is a National Volunteer Organization that inspires, connects and engages Latino communities in the outdoors and embraces cultura y familia as part of the outdoor narrative. Being outdoors can improve memory, fight depression, improve blood pressure and boost mental health. Due to Covid 19 many of the Latino Outdoors group activities are suspended, but volunteers are doing many activities virtually.
