The book ­examines ­possible ­connections between the Beatitudes, the first principles and ­ordinances of the gospel, and ­temple covenants.  Brad Wilcox is a professor of ancient scripture at Brigham Young University the second counselor in the Young Men general presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Roger Wilcox is retired after a career teaching seminary and institute.
