Hey hey friends… so Mother’s Day is this weekend and all of us have someone who brought us into the world. In honor of that day, this week’s episode is all about my mom. I sat down for an hour with her and recorded all about her geekdom. Yes, this giant fuzzy geek has a Wookieemama who geeks out about stuff too. We talked about all manner of things in a completely unstructured conversation but some of what we talked about is Disney geekery, Disney Cruises, Star Wars, glimpses into my childhood, Gone With the Wind, the Chargers, lots of Disneyland Resort stuff, Doctor Who fandom and the Gallifrey One Convention plus Conventions & geek concerts we’ve gone to together, The Simpsons, Stan Lee & Marvel Movies, Harry Potter nerdom incl. the books and the Universal experience, Fantasy books (Anne McCaffrey/David Eddings/Mercedes Lackey/Dragonlance), her love of Tony Stark, and much more.
