I believe that humour is one of our best coping mechanisms, especially when we are facing stress. Along with humour, I think Charity is massive. Charity and humour do the same thing – they make us feel good. They make others feel good. They allow us an opportunity to give back. They are both essential. As we embark on a new year, I want to talk about a charity that I have been involved in for the past 7 years. This is a local Toronto based group called City Street Outreach.
