I have my friend Laura on the podcast. Growing up in LA and North County San Diego she never had a problem addiction until she was prescribed painkillers which led to a 2 year heroin addiction. Getting put on methadone to wean off the street drugs she talked about her struggles of quitting mat treatment after 8 years.
