Lauren Boebert Apologizes for the Ilhan Omar Terrorist Joke

from The Garrett Ashley Mullet Show · host Garrett Ashley Mullet

Mairead Elordi reports for The Daily Wire on Lauren Boebert, Republican Congresswoman from Colorado, apologizing to the 'Muslim Community' in America, as well as fellow House member Ilhan Omar from Minnesota, for a video that went viral over Thanksgiving in which she made some jokes in poor taste during a speaking engagement in Pueblo, Colorado.  So, yes. Boebert referred to Omar as 'Jihad Squad' and quipped a little something about Omar potentially being a terrorist. Consequently, Omar and other Democrats are now calling for Boebert to be stripped of her committee assignments by Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.  This is no laughing matter, of course, that a Congresswoman would be so disrespected by another member of Congress. Thus Omar calls Boebert "this buffoon," and Rep. Adam Kinzinger, Republican from Illinois, calls Boebert "TRASH." But that, of course, is alright.  So is Jimmy Kimmel asking low-information voters in Democrat strongholds to help him mock Boebert after he compares her podcast videos to "step-mother porn," and says the Congresswoman wears glasses so people will think she can read. By the way, this is the same guy who referred to Senator Ted Cruz as a "human boil" in a popular YouTube video from 6-months ago. Give the Democrats a minute, and maybe they will get wise like Saturday Night Live just did with their skit 'Republican Or Not?' It's actually funny. What a refreshing concept! In conclusion, I would leave you with the aggregated sage wisdom of famed American General George S. Patton, as portrayed by George C. Scott in the 1970 film.
