After Joni (mother), was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer, we were shocked and scared. We so badly wanted to do treatment and go back to living life as it was before, but we realized that was not what this experience was about to teach us.Lauren and Joni lead a community guided by an optimistic perspective that a diagnosis is a new relationship with life.
