Rising tensions over a dogbreeding and testing facility in Blue Mounds reached a boiling point Saturday morning, when as many as a thousand protesters attempted to free the dogs being held there and were met with a massive police response. The state needs to investigate that response and step in to remove the dogs, protesters argued at a rally at the State Capitol this morning.
