At the forefront is the superseding indictment, related to the Florida document case, a replacement or addition to the original indictment which can be accessed here.We touched upon Judge Aileen Cannon's past errors, including her forgetfulness to swear in a jury pool and multiple mistakes in a trial shortly after being designated for Trump's charges. Our guest weighed in on the potential implications of such missteps and the role of Cannon in the upcoming trials. Then we delved deep into the January 6th indictment, available here.
