Lawrence & Nickia Alli

College sweethearts Alli and Nickia met on the campus of North Carolina A & T State University in 2003. They both graduated in 2007, Alli with a BA in Accounting and Nickia with a BS in Journalism. They both went on to earn their Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. They currently live, work and serve in the Washington metropolitan area, alongside their two daughters and own their own real estate investment and management firm (The Alli Group, LLC), a property management firm whose portfolio includes an estimated AUM of $4.5 million over the last five years.  Although juggling two small kids, federal government careers and a business, Alli and Nickia always felt a call to pour into their family and the people within their community. Whether starting non-profits to uplift and provide resources for young women and men or having an in-depth conversation with friends, couples, and even clients about how to navigate their current “space” in life, they have become proactive in strengthening their own relationship as well as those around them. Ultimately, their desire is to equip couples and individuals with the tools they need to communicate well, love selflessly, and build wealth.
