With a country divided by the coronavirus, the economy, race, and the killing of George Floyd as a backdrop, Professor Schultz examines the factors that influenced the 2020 elections on the federal, congressional, and state levels, as well as the impact the election results will have on law, public policy, and America into 2021 and beyond. Marielos Cabrera, a 3L from the LatinX Law School Student Association provides opening remarks.
