Lawyer responds to Red Fox Supreme Court decision
from Morning Report
Two men convicted of the brutal 1987 murder of Red Fox Tavern publican Chris Bush have had those verdicts overturned by the Supreme Court. A majority found that the convictions of Mark Hoggart and James Wilson were unreasonable and acquitted the two men. With that conviction set aside, Wilson's name suppression lapsed and it was revealed that he is already imprisoned for the murder of an ex-girlfriend. Wilson's lawyer, Christopher Stevenson KC spoke to John Campbell.
