Lawyer- turned -entrepreneur TANISHA DESHPANDE on revolutionalizing the Indian legal industry

I am so excited to present this conversation to you all! This is a very different career path that one can pursue while being within the legal industry but not practising the law per se.    Tanisha Deshpande is a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur. Having spent a few years in corporate law practice, Tanisha realised that her skills and interests lay elsewhere. So, through her stints with Vahura, AZB & Partners and LinkedIn, Tanisha honed her skills in business development for law firms.   Thereafter, she co-founded the Grey Matter LLP, a full-service boutique firm providing law firm management to law firms to build and develop their business, marketing, culture, employee engagement and employer brands.
