Layouts now include their own Visibility tab so you can apply rules to an entire layout at once, reducing repetition and errors. Two new value-based operators — IS EMPTY and IS PRESENT — let you control content based on whether any field (including attachment and other custom fields) contains data. In the email builder you can target any custom contact field to show or hide layouts and elements, making personalized messages more reliable and faster to create.
