Diplômé de l'ESSEC en 2003, il lance une ONG aidant les grandes entreprises à mettre en place des programmes de lutte contre le VIH/sida, projet qui le fait voyager sur 3 continents. Ce qu'il pensait être une étape avant de rejoindre une carrière plus classique deviendra une société d'études et de conseil qu'il développera pendant quelques années avant de suivre un MBA à Harvard en 2007. Il créera ensuite une société fournissant des Markets Data à l'industrie pharmaceutique dans les pays émergents, Sanisphere, qui emploiera 200 personnes sur 20 pays. En 2019, il fonde POC Pharma, une autre société fournissant des solutions SaaS, dans le même secteur. Si la première est autofinancée, la seconde recevra USD 17M de financement après 3 levées de fonds.
