Le Cirque de Liberte The Uvian Imperial Forces and its allies invade Padaq as part ot the never-ending war to control the gateways to the world's richest porridge wells. Le Cirque de Liberté, The Uvian State Circus, has been appointed to make this war the most exciting extravaganza ever staged. Bobol and Blabla, two clowns of Le Cirque de Liberté, have the enviable task of covering this spectatle for Uvian Television's new inter-active 24 hr War Channel. In the theatre of war Bobol and Blabla become intimate with Harry Porter, the over zealous embedded Hollywood reporter for the UK's International Echo and Colorado Joe, a somewhat disillusioned Marine from the Uvian Military. However, there is some rivalry between Harry and Colorado, as they both want to write their "war novels" and sell the film rights. Blabla too wants to write his memoirs as a form of therapy but even in this Bobol is looking over his shoulder inhibiting his style. The Dragonman is the Voice of Uvia and is intermittently heard reminding us how to be true Disciples of Liberté, Circusticians, and to follow The Supreme Circus Master, "The True Cyclopath". In the infamous words of Blabla, "This Farce is palpably Absurd".
