Secondo il report Ecosistema Urbano 2025 di Legambiente, AmbienteItalia e Sole24Ore, le città italiane non riescono a stare al passo degli obiettivi ambientali. Manca una strategia complessiva e permane l’emergenza nazionale sullo smog – nonostante alcuni piccoli passi in avanti su rifiuti e sprechi idrici. L’Unione Europea punta a liberarsi del tutto dai combustibili fossili russi dal 2028 – dopo aver già ridotto di molto l’importazione di petrolio e di gas.
