Le décrochage scolaire

A la Réunion les chiffres du décrochage scolaire sont inquiétants : plus de 3000 élèves décrochent chaque année , Un jeune sur quatre sort du système scolaire sans diplôme. Au total, on estime que 44 000 Réunionnais de 14 à 29 ans ne sont ni en études, ni en formation, ni en emploi. Ça fait 26 % des jeunes de cette tranche d âge. Alors, comment expliquer qu autant de nos enfants décrochent ? Qu est-ce qui cloche ? Est-ce que ça commence tôt, dès l école primaire ? Et surtout, que peut-on faire pour éviter ces décrochages et pour raccrocher les jeunes déjà sortis du système ?
