Fatigue persistante, ventre noué, tensions musculaires ou sommeil haché… Et si ces signaux n’étaient pas des dysfonctionnements à réparer, mais des messages que vous n’avez pas encore pris le temps d’écouter ?Les neurosciences nous l’enseignent : notre système nerveux enregistre tout ce que notre mental tente de refouler. L'hypervigilance et le stress répété s'impriment dans nos tissus. Très souvent, notre premier réflexe est de lutter contre ces symptômes, comme s'ils nous punissaient. Pourtant, le corps ne cherche jamais à nous nuire ; il tente simplement de nous informer qu’un rythme est devenu insoutenable ou qu'un besoin fondamental est ignoré.Un corps que l’on écoute régule le stress infiniment mieux qu’un corps que l’on ignore. Pour rompre le mode "pilote automatique", accordez-vous deux minutes chaque soir, sans distraction. Ne cherchez pas à analyser, observez simplement : votre respiration est-elle fluide ? Vos épaules sont-elles hautes ? Votre ventre est-il souple ? Le corps n'a pas toujours besoin d'être "soigné" immédiatement, il a d'abord besoin d'être entendu.
