LEADERS ARE KEEPERS OF THE FOUNDATIONAL NARRATIVES OF SOCIETY

LEADERS ARE KEEPERS OF THE FOUNDATIONAL NARRATIVES OF SOCIETY “From the dawn of civilization, elites have made decisions for everyone else to live by. There have been equitable and egalitarian societies but they are not long tolerated by those who fancy themselves the ruling class. Feudalism it seems is the preferred form of structure for those who consolidate power and exert control. History tends to repeat itself in cycles. Those cycles need not be as lengthy or devastating if we learn from past mistakes by taking copious notes and applying what we learn. Leaders must be the keepers of the foundational narratives when those with less than noble motives begin to reshape the narrative for their own ends.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 1-18-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-are-keepers-of-the-foundational-narratives-of-society Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
