LEADERS AVOID THE FOUNDER'S SYNDROME ONLY BY AWARENESS AND HUMILITY

LEADERS AVOID THE FOUNDER'S SYNDROME ONLY BY AWARENESS AND HUMILITY “Founders have a tendency to believe the world is a better place because of them, as they should. Unfortunately this often leads to believing the world could not function the same without them, and this is not true. The work they have done, the organizations they have launched, the people they have helped are all grateful for their dedicated efforts and accomplishments, but if the demand for what they have done is significant, someone would have done it without them as well. Founders are invaluable but not irreplaceable. Awareness of this truth should spark humility and collaboration at the highest levels.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 2-22-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-avoid-the-founders-syndrome-only-by-awareness-and-humility Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV https://anchor.fm/j-loren-norris/support CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
