LEADERS KNOW DIS IS A ROOT

LEADERS KNOW DIS IS A ROOT. DIS IS A ROOT OF DISRESPECT, DISCORD AND DISRUPTION. A JOKE IS NOT A JOKE WHEN IT DISHONORS. SOMEONE HAS TO DRAW A LINE. Watch the video or catch the episode Leading Leaders Podcast 3-29-22: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-know-dis-is-a-root “Disrespect, dishonor, disregard, disruption all begin with DIS and all end in a lower value for life and property. As a fire fighter I was trained from day one that my purpose was to defend life and property. The willingness of some to destroy the fabric of society for the sake of their own convenience or nefarious goals is downright infuriating. I know this as a matter of reality: every action has a reaction. That goes for attitudes as well. If leaders do not draw the line and clearly monitor it, consequences will be drastic. Draw the line. Announce the consequences. Enforce the penalties. That’s one aspect of leadership many have shied away from.” J Loren Norris. LOOK FOR LEADING LEADERS ON LIFTABLE.TV ______________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
