LEADERS KNOW LEADERS GROW PERPETUALLY - WE NEVER STOP SHARPENING THE AXE ”There is no one alive who has it all figured out. Every leader of every level has something more to learn. Whether its communication skills, how to read people, how to negotiate in a crisis, new accounting practices, new tax laws, new ways of generating leads or serving customers, no one hass all the answers. Because this is true, every great leader is also a perpetual student. Diligence in mastery of your craft, mastery of new skills, and mastery of self is crucial for your next raise or job promotion. Focus on sharpening your axe and your opportunities will grow exponentially. You will become more valuable to your employer even if that’s you.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 4-12-23: Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV Miss something?
