LEADERS KNOW THIS: YOUR DESTINY WAITS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF COURAGE

LEADERS KNOW THIS: YOUR DESTINY WAITS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF COURAGE “There was a time when I might have considered myself fearless. Taking on any challenge, dare or obstacle as if I had nothing to lose. Jumping off the roof of the house onto hard ground, racing a motorcycle down the highway without a helmet, replying with sarcasm to someone I should not. Today, I am much more cautious. Some of that caution is directly related to maturity, some is related to a risk reward assessment. Leaders know when to dive into the risk because if they don’t, the reward opportunity evaporates. Leaders know, your very destiny is waiting for you to have the courage to pursue it. Take courage. Take your destiny.” J Loren Norris Watch the video #leadingleaderspodcast 9-20-21. http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-know-this-your-destiny-waits-on-the-other-side-of-courage ______________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
