LEADERS KNOW WE ARE ALL BETTER TOGETHER -WHEN WE'RE ACTUALLY TOGETHER

LEADERS KNOW WE ARE ALL BETTER TOGETHER -WHEN WE'RE ACTUALLY TOGETHER “Collocation and unity are not the same. Sharing the same space and not sharing common goals or purpose are akin to sitting in the same row boat and paddling in opposite directions. There may be a flurry of activity, but no progress will be made. When a family or team share common goals and predefined purpose they also have something to work toward. This will also help to assign roles, set specific targets, measure progress and celebrate achievements together. It is the leader’s responsibility to identify and establish the vision which defines common goals. Be more than together, be unified.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 2-1-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-know-we-are-all-better-together-when-were-actually-together Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV https://anchor.fm/j-loren-norris/support CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
